Dean Cera's rising status in the world of the healing arts was somewhat of a serendipitous experience. He has accomplished many varied and interesting objectives. Degrees from University of Brockport (B.S. in Philosophy / Music / Biology) and study in Social Work at Rochester Institute of Technology was important to Dean, but they were only part of Dean's education. Dean continued with his Masters work in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University and then studied to receive a National Certification. Since then Dean has been practicing for 34 years in which study and experience elevated this practitioner to a higher understanding of the healing arts.
